House Rules
- Couples must be 18+. Valid NIC or passport is required for every guest. Entry is refused without proof of age.
- No alcohol. BYOB is not allowed. Bringing or consuming alcohol on the premises ends the session with no refund.
- Advance payments are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy.
1. Bookings
A cabin is confirmed only once the advance payment is received. Slots are held for the booked duration; late arrival does not extend the session.
2. Age verification
Majestic Lounge is strictly for guests aged 18 and above. Couples must both be 18+ and present valid identification at check-in. Staff may refuse entry at their discretion.
3. Alcohol & substances
Alcohol is not served and not permitted. BYOB (bring your own bottle) is prohibited, as are smoking, vaping and any illegal substances inside the cabins.
4. Conduct & damage
Guests are responsible for any damage to consoles, screens, audio equipment or furniture, and will be charged the repair or replacement cost.
5. Extra hours & charges
Extra hours, karaoke and food & drinks are billed at the rates displayed at the counter and added to the final bill.
6. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page applies to your booking.
