Refund Policy
- Advance payments are non-refundable.
- If you inform us at least 24 hours before the booked date about a cancellation, you receive half of your advance as a discount on your next booking.
How the credit works
The half-advance credit is stored against your ID number and is applied automatically as a discount when you make your next booking with us. It is a booking credit only — it is not paid back in cash or to your card.
Late cancellations & no-shows
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booked date, and no-shows, forfeit the full advance. Late arrival does not extend your slot and is not refundable.
Entry refused
Guests who cannot prove they are 18+ or who bring alcohol (BYOB is not allowed) will be refused entry, and no refund is issued.
