To confirm and manage your bookings, verify that all guests are 18 or older, issue bills and booking credits, and contact you about your reservation.
Payments
Online payments are processed by our payment gateway. We never store your full card details on our systems.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. Information is shared only with service providers who help us run the booking system and payments, or where required by law.
Security & retention
Data is stored on secured servers with restricted staff access, and kept only as long as needed for bookings, accounting and legal obligations.
Your rights
You can view and update your profile details from your account page, or ask us to correct or delete your data by emailing majesticlounge.lk@gmail.com.
